Hedingham fall Festival and Ella Newmiller Charity Golf Tournament

Thanks to krazy keebler Jen and the Hedingham Community Association for allowing me to run the Popcorn machine and the Wake County Republican Party for it’s sponsorship at the Hedingham Fall festival on October 18th, 2008. Please read the following for it is for a great cause and will help Ella Newmiller and her family battle a terrible disease.

Ella Newmiller Golf Tournament
Folks, there’s a golf tournament coming up…but this one is so much more than just a golf tournament.
There’s a family in Hedingham who has a very sick young girl. She needs some pretty intensive medical care, and their insurance isn’t going to cover the bills.
So the Hedingham and the Golf Course are coming together to raise some money to help the family take care of their little girl. But we can’t do it without your help. This Tournament is for golfers and spectators alike. Please come out to the tournament and help one of our neighbors.

9:00 am Shot Gun Start- check in 8:00 am
4 person teams
Don’t have a full team? Enter as an individual or partial team and we’ll get you paired up.
$40 per person ($25 Platinum members)
Limited to first 144 registered
Early Bird Special-register and make payment by Oct 11th only $30 ($15 for Platinum members)
Three Divisions: Women, Men, and Mixed
Prizes will be awarded in each division
Three Tees: Women-Red, Men-White, Seniors Men (60+)-Gold
Hole-in-one prizes on all Par 3’s with a chance to win a car on #8
50/50 raffle, mulligans, closest to the pin, and much more
A Hot Buffet style lunch will be served after the tournament
Non golfing guests are welcome for a $6 charge
To make sure no one goes home hungry please indicate the number of non-golfing guests that will be joining us.
